You need 4-5 corn cobs per 1 liter of water and 20 grams of salt. Young corn is cleaned of hair and leaves. Boil for ten minutes, remove from the water and leave to cool. The cooled cobs are arranged in large jars. If they are too big, they are cut in two.

The water and salt are boiled and cooled. Fill the jars with the cooled solution. Sterilize for 1 hour and a half, remove from the container in which they were sterilized, leave to cool and arrange in a basement or cupboard.

Maize cobs are also sterilized by adding vinegar. You need 1 tablespoon of sugar per 5 heads, 1 tablespoon of salt, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 liter of water.

The cobs are cleaned of hair and leaves, arranged in a large jar with the flat part up, add sugar, salt, vinegar, pour cold water. Close with a lid and sterilize for 1 hour.

To sterilize corn kernels, you will first need to separate the kernels from the cobs. To do this, blanch for 1-2 minutes in boiling water cobs and cool with cold water.

This will make it very easy to separate the nipples. Wash them well with cold water. Blanching and washing the corn kernels prevents the water in which they will be sterilized from becoming cloudy.
