Necessary products: 200 g mayonnaise, pickles, 4 -5 pickled mushrooms, 2 tbsp. mustard, 3 tbsp. sour cream, small onion, 1 egg, parsley.

Preparation: Cucumbers and mushrooms are finely chopped and mixed with the finely chopped onion. Mayonnaise, cream and mustard are added to them - all this is mixed well to even out the mixture. Boil the egg and chop finely - add to other products. Sprinkle with fresh parsley on top.

The last suggestion for a sauce suitable for fish you can use mostly for boiled fish or fish salad. For it you need 2 stalks of green onions, dill, parsley, 1 grated tomato, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, ground black pepper, salt, 3 tbsp. oil.
