The main dishes for a holiday during the cold months of the year are always well thought out and prepared with care, but it is mandatory to have at least two salads. Even if you have left after the holiday, the Bean salad with onions, for example, is very tasty if it has stayed. Here are the salads we chose:

Salad with red peppers and garlic

Necessary products: 14 red peppers, garlic to taste, 1 tsp mustard, 1 tbsp. tomato puree, oil, salt, pepper, walnuts - crushed

Method of preparation: First, peel the garlic and chop it finely - leave it in a bowl. Add the mustard, tomato paste and 1 tablespoon of water on top. Mix the mixture well and season with salt, pepper, oil.

The peppers must be roasted - peel them and put them in the bowl. Leave them like this for a few hours. When serving, arrange the peppers on a plate and pour over the sauce. Sprinkle with crushed or ground walnuts.

The salad can also be made with fresh pepper, but for this purpose you need to clean the seeds and stalks and fry it in fat. Then put the pepper back in the bowl with the sauce.

The next suggestion is a little different - it's about green bean salad. To make it, you need a can of green beans, a few red onions, garlic to taste, vinegar, oil, salt.

Squeeze the beans out of the liquid and pour it into a bowl. Add the finely chopped onion, chopped garlic and spices. Mix well and leave to cool in the refrigerator.

Our latest proposal is quite unconventional - it's a cooked salad. The salad can be served hot or cold - depending on the season. Here are the products you need:

Method of preparation: Cut the onion and put it in a saucepan with oil on the stove. After frying, add the chopped eggplant, pepper, hot peppers (without seeds), tomatoes.

Add the garlic cloves and the other spices. Close the pot and let the salad boil for about an hour. Finally, open the container so that the water can boil.
