Potatoes and tuna

Necessary products: 500 g potatoes, 200 g tuna fillet, 1 tsp boiled beans and 2 handfuls of green beans, 2 roasted peppers, 200 g yellow cheese, 1 tsp. boneless olives, 2 boiled eggs, 60 ml olive oil, 4 tbsp. vinegar, 4 sprigs of parsley, salt and pepper.

Boil the potatoes in salted water, peel them and then cut them into cubes. Cut the olives into circles, the yellow cheese into thin rectangular pieces and the pepper into strips.

Mix everything in a large bowl, put the tuna fillet, both types of cooked beans and mix it all with salt, vinegar, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Garnish with quartered egg and chopped parsley.

The next salad is classic Bulgarianprepared from carrots, celery and turnips. This salad is fresh, a great addition to your steak or drink, and among other things is a real bomb of vitamins.

Necessary products for 4 servings: 3 carrots, ½ medium-sized head of beets, ¼ head of celery, 2 tbsp. sunflower seeds, 2 tbsp. crushed walnuts, 1 tsp. crushed flaxseed, ½ lemon juice, salt and olive oil, lemon juice.

Wash and peel the vegetables, then grate them on a coarse grater. Mix them with lemon juice. Sprinkle with nuts and salt, season with olive oil.

The cooking time for this salad is no more than 15 minutes.

Our third offer is for lovers of spicy, namely hot potato salad.

Necessary products: 500 g potatoes, 2 carrots, 2 hot peppers, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, a little parsley.

Boil the potatoes, then cut them into cubes. Pour them into a bowl and pour hot oil over them. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir. Add the thinly sliced carrots and the pitted hot peppers. Add vinegar and a little savory to taste. Garnish with parsley.
