They created a new type of apple that secretes carbonated juice after chewing, informs the Daily Mail. The new fruit is the work of specialists who work in the family Swiss company Lubera. The variety already has its own name - the apples are called Paradis Sparkling.

The cells of the new apple variety are filled with effervescent juice, which also gives the apple a carbonated effect after chewing. According to the information, if the juice from the fruit is squeezed and drunk, it will not have a similar taste.

Specialists from the company have been trying to create the new variety for years. Two varieties were used to create Paradis Sparkling - the East German Rezi apples, which are popular for their sweetness, and the Swiss Pirouette.

Lubera has already started selling carbonated apple saplings - they are made to order and cost $ 55 each or 34 pounds per tree. The company's manager Robert Meyerhofen believes that this variety of apples is the best ever created.

These new apples are completely different from anything that can be found on the market, which makes them even more interesting for consumers. The company is convinced that they will have great success and carbonated apples will sell well.

The texture of the fruit is crispy, juicy and soft at the same time, says the manager of the Swiss company. Meyerhofen explains that after chewing the apple, sugar and sour juice begin to be felt in the mouth at the same time, which actually creates the impression of a carbonated drink.

He explains that the juice is not carbonated, just the feeling in the mouth is for such a drink.

Some time ago, gardener Marcus Cobert, who is also Swiss, created a cross between tomatoes and apples. The new fruits are actually apples because they grow on an apple tree, but they have the color and texture of a tomato.

New apples remain the color of tomatoes even after heat treatment, and their pieces do not darken after being cut, unlike ordinary varieties of apples.
