There is nothing better than your child eagerly tasting any food you choose to serve on his lips. Unfortunately, these types of kids are extremely rare and if you are the parent of such a little angel, you must feel great relief at this very moment.

All other parents can look in this article for methods that they have not tried to deal with the stubbornness of their naughty child.

1. Outwitting babies

If your child is very small and you have just decided to start feeding different foods, but he pushes and spits everything that is not to his taste, then you should not despair. Take advantage of the fact that the child still does not understand all things very well and of course does not know all tastes. Show him something very beautiful, colorful, attractive, bring it lightly to his mouth and in the next moment with the other hand quickly and without noticing, put the spoon with the puree in his mouth. If you accompany these actions with a song or funny faces, the baby will certainly notice more of them than the different tastes.

2. Mixing foods

If you have tried all sorts of techniques, but still your child does not want to taste something that you know is healthy and you want him to eat, the easiest way is to puree a little and mix it with the main food. Purees and cooked dishes with sauce are extremely suitable for these occasions. Arm yourself with patience, because in this way you can put a negligible dose compared to what the child should consume, but still if you do it more often, his body can get used to the taste of broccoli, for example.

3. Decorative plate

Put a little imagination and insert the unwanted products with finesse into the children's plate. Make meatballs, sandwiches, bites or whatever you know you will like by adding decorations to it - eyes, mouth, nose, mustache, hair, clouds, trees, sun or whatever else you can think of. All these decorations should be with fruits and vegetables, which in principle the child does not approve. In the form of a game, he is much more likely to eat a snow-covered tree than to make him eat a piece of cauliflower.

4. Distraction

Usually children are fascinated by children's movies and games, be it on TV or on the computer. At such a time, when your child does not hear you and does not answer what you ask him, just because he has delved into the subject of the broadcast film, you have a great opportunity to give him something that he would not otherwise want. On the other hand, if the unpleasant taste still manages to bring the child back to reality, you can again use the children's movie as an auxiliary tool. Surely, if you haven't used it, you've at least heard the phrase from friends: If you don't eat everything on your plate, I'll turn off the TV!

The naughty child it requires a lot of diligence and imagination on the part of our parents, but we have no other choice anyway. Every parent wants to do the best for their child and no matter how difficult the task may seem to him, with one of the methods listed above he will still be able to outwit or change the taste attitudes of his stubborn heir.
