The lemon is cut into circles. Mix white wine and broth, add 2 slices of lemon, chopped garlic, chopped onion and black pepper. Bring to the boil, add the sliced turkey and simmer for 40 minutes.

Finely chop the green spices. Peanuts are finely crushed, mixed with dill and parsley, add Parmesan cheese. Add the orange juice, olive oil and broth. Add salt and pepper. Drain the meat from the broth.
