Main course of beef
Necessary products: 1 kg of beef, 1 cabbage, black pepper and salt to taste, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon flour, a few sprigs of finely chopped parsley.
Method of preparation: The meat is cut and boiled in salted water. Separately boil until soft and the cabbage also in salted water. It is cut into large pieces and spread as a pad in a larger tray, and the pieces of meat are arranged on it.
Add salt and pepper to taste and cover with a lid and bring to a boil in a preheated oven. Once the meat is ready, pour in the butter in which the flour has been diluted and leave for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens. When everything is ready, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
Sweets for dessert
Necessary products: 1 hard boiled egg, 2 raw eggs, 2 tsp flour, 1/2 tsp melted butter, powdered sugar for rolling.
Method of preparation: The yolk of the boiled egg is separated and crushed very finely. To it add 2 raw egg yolks, 1 tsp flour and butter, stirring constantly. Finally, add the remaining flour.
Mix until smooth. Small pieces are separated from it, stretched and ribbons are made, which are tied to the flank. Dip in the beaten egg whites, roll in powdered sugar and bake in a preheated oven.
