Sprouts are considered to be the most complete food. Growing them at home, we create an organic product that is harmless to the environment because of the saved pesticides and fertilizers.

It doesn't take much effort, we can make enough sprouts in just a few days. They charge with energy, supply many enzymes and rejuvenate.

The good news is that sprouts can be made from almost anything.

The most common sprouts are from:

- buckwheat, barley, wheat, rye;

- soybeans, lentils, chickpeas, Chinese beans

- broccoli, carrots, cabbage, onions, turnips

- arugula, alfalfa, mustard, flaxseed, watercress

- almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds

There are several options for obtaining sprouts, depending on the seeds. There are seeds that are mucus-forming and those that are not. The first include arugula, watercress, Latin, mustard seeds. They cannot germinate in the standard way, because some time after they are immersed in water, they stick together and the water becomes like jelly.

All other seeds germinate in the usual way and must first be washed. Then they are placed in a suitable container and water is poured, which is 2 to 5 times higher than the level of the seeds. They are left to stand for one day.

The seeds are then drained and allowed to germinate. They should be washed in the morning and in the evening, and the water should be drained very well. The container should be kept in a dark place, and when it grows it can be placed in a place without direct sunlight.

One of the most famous methods of germination is through a jar of gauze. Take a glass jar and with the help of an elastic band put gauze on his throat.

The gauze will quickly and easily drain the water. When the seeds are smaller, roll the gauze in several layers, and when they are larger, do not use it and just hold them with your hand while pouring the water.

If you want to make from mucus-forming sprouts, then the method is with soil or gauze. In a plate put gauze in several layers and put the seeds on top. Fill them with water.

In the following days, keep them slightly moist. When unopened petals appear, place the sprouts in a place where there is no strong sunlight. When they are done with small scissors, cut them near the base.

The principle with soil is the same, but instead of gauze spread peat mixture or soil.
