The remaining sugar is mixed with cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Add the cottage cheese and mascarpone. Beat with a mixer until fluffy.
Continue beating and add the pumpkin puree. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, pour over the pumpkin mixture and bake for 50 minutes. After turning off the oven, leave the cheesecake in an open door until it cools down. Leave the cheesecake in the refrigerator for four hours.
