14:00 - apple or fruit of choice with low carbohydrate content.
16:00 - 100 g of low-fat cottage cheese + red pepper + cucumber or some green vegetables.
22:00 - a glass of white wine.
If you feel thirsty or hungry, drink water or eat grapefruit. You can also diversify your diet with different combinations of fruits, vegetables and spices. Avoid salt and confectionery. It is allowed to drink kefir made from skim milk flavored with a spoonful of cinnamon.
