Harmful toxinsthat can pollute our body are more than we think. For many of them we do not suspect or more precisely do not know that they are contained in the most ordinary everyday things. Inevitably, we do not encounter a number toxins every day, the important thing is not to overdo it. Here's what we mean - the most harmful toxins and the places where they are contained.

1. Lead - The symptoms of excessive lead in the body are nausea, abdominal pain, headache, problems with concentration and memory. It enters the body through contaminated water, which we consume, metal tools that we touch and paints whose smell we inhale.

2. Chlorine - a more popular toxic substance used to clean and disinfect swimming pools, where we usually train or have fun. It can cause a number of problems from sore throat to kidney disease. You could protect yourself from it by washing it with water. Do not miss bathing after swimming.

3. Fluorine - a substance found in the mineral water we buy from the store and in… toothpaste. That doesn't mean you stop buying these things. Just make sure that the fluoride content in the product is as low as possible. As for the water, you can take a special jug to filter the water and provide yourself with real clean drinking water.

4. Cyanide - Widespread in some of our favorite products - nuts, seeds, vegetables and in particular beans, apples. Therefore, do not overdo their consumption.

6. Mercury - It's poisonous! Therefore, our mothers keep repeating not to touch the lower end of the thermometer. The problem with it is that it is found in fish, some of which are a favorite food of many. Tuna and larger mackerel are very tasty, but still do not overdo it.

7. Ethanol - which we immediately associate with alcoholic beverages. It is no coincidence that you have a hangover after a stormy night with friends. It is a toxic substance that can be extremely harmful to the body. It is good to take it with water, which dilutes the substance and makes it less dangerous. Of course, it is best to limit yourself to it, but sometimes the idea of a glass of red wine for dinner sounds quite tempting.
