To make compresses and baths, 50 g of sumac leaves are poured with 2 liters of boiling water and boiled for 20 minutes. The decoction is left for about an hour, then filtered through gauze. Compresses and baths are made 1-2 times a day.
For rinsing for vaginal problems, gurgling and gargling is prepared in the same way as tea. Strain through gauze. The procedures are done 1-2 times a day.
The prepared decoction and sumac tea have a short shelf life - about 12 hours, and only if stored in the refrigerator.
