Vietnamese cuisine it is most commonly associated with dogs and cats, but their traditional tastes do not end there. The fact is that dog meat is considered a delicacy there, but it's not the only thing you can try if you want a traditional Vietnamese cuisine. It is much more special than ours, the main product in the dishes is rice.

Many seafood are also eaten, most often fish, which can be prepared in the following several ways - you can see it baked, boiled, fried or salted. As for rice - it is part of the kitchen in any way - it can be a main product for the dish, it can be only part of it or a side dish.

Vegetables are also revered in Vietnamese cuisine, as are herbs. We have already mentioned dog meat as meat, but that is not all - meat can be from many species of animals, and various insects are often present on the table.

For dessert, fruits are usually served, which are most often - lychee, mango, papaya, pomelo, avocado, pineapple, pita and more.

Heat treatment of food is not very preferred. As fresh as possible, with less cooking, with the sole purpose of being healthy - this is part of the culture and cuisine.

Rice, vegetables and seafood would not be the same without the favorite spices used here. The products are cut in bulk, in addition, they must be fresh, and fresh means just bought. There, people shop several times a day.

What is special about Vietnamese cuisine is the fact that the people there are really very capricious about what they eat, and the definition of "very capricious" comes from the fact that a Bulgarian can eat a sandwich with something "on foot", the Vietnamese do not eat anything, pay special attention to nutrition and, as it turned out, prefer less heat treatment.

It is served in small plates, but there are many dishes on the table. Interestingly, you may think that if you have a plate of cooked vegetables, you will have a bowl of broth next to it, where the vegetables were cooked - everything is used.

Vietnamese cuisine is very diverse, but not in the way of food processing, but rather in tastes and variety - the traditional cuisine of the Vietnamese proves that to indulge, you do not need to eat unhealthily.
