Fry the ham in a large skillet over medium heat for 10 minutes until browned. Transfer to kitchen paper to drain off excess fat. Meanwhile, boil the eggs and leave to cool.
In a blender, mix the cream, avocado, lemon juice and olive oil. Season them with salt and pepper and grind until smooth and homogeneous.
Place the lettuce leaves on the bottom of a deep, round and transparent bowl.
Place the chopped eggs second layer - first in a vertical circle and then the remaining pieces horizontally. Place the chopped cabbage on the eggs and a layer of cherry tomatoes on it.
Sprinkle the tomatoes with salt to taste, then sprinkle with peas.
Pour the dressing and flatten evenly with the protruding part of the spoon on the surface. On top of the dressing, sprinkle a layer of grated cheese and on it in the middle of a pile, place sliced bacon in a pile. Place the salad in the refrigerator for a while. Festive salad Santa's hat

Ingredients

To prepare the spectacular Christmas salad, grind all the above products into cubes (fillet, eggs, pear, onion feathers), salt and season with mustard and mayonnaise. Then mix and place on a dish in a not very high wall. In the middle of the vessel form a slightly rounded dome, it will serve as Santa's hat.
Prepare the peppers and yellow cheese for decoration. Wash the peppers well, dry them and cut them into strips, grate the yellow cheese on a fine grater.
Cover the entire surface of the salad with strips of peppers. Spread the grated yellow cheese around the salad, imitating the fluffy edge of the hat. For a tassel you can set aside 1 teaspoon of salad, form a ball out of it, then roll in grated yellow cheese.

potatoes - 2 pcs.

onion - 0, 5 head
mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
spices - to taste
Boil the potatoes, peel and cool. Cut onions, cucumbers and potatoes into small cubes. Remove the skin from the blood and cut it into slightly larger pieces than the other products. Put all the products in a salad bowl and season with mayonnaise and spices to taste. Mix the salad with sausage and leave for 10 minutes before serving, garnish with fresh spices.
Christmas wreath salad
Portions: 6-8, preparation: 90 minutes
Ingredients
chicken fillet - 300 grams
mushrooms - 300 grams
potatoes - 2-3 pcs.
onion - 1 head
eggs - 3 pcs.
yellow cheese - 100 g
dill - 50 g of fresh stalks
pepper - 1 pc. red (for decoration)
salt - 1 pinch
oil - 2 tbsp.
mayonnaise - to taste
black pepper - 1 pinch
Wash and boil the potatoes until soft. Cool slightly, peel and grate on a coarse or medium grater. Heat a little oil in a pan. Peel an onion and cut it into cubes. Fry in oil until golden brown and mix with the potatoes. Mix everything well and add a little salt, pepper to taste.
Place a cup in the middle of the plate and place the potatoes around it. Press firmly with a spoon and lightly spread with mayonnaise.

The next step is to wash, dry and cut the mushrooms. Put them in hot oil and fry until soft. You can also use marinated mushrooms in Christmas wreath salad recipe. Spread them on the next layer over the potatoes, also pressing firmly.
Optionally add a little salt and pepper. Spread with mayonnaise to taste.
Hard-boiled eggs, cool and peel. Grate or cut into cubes and place on the mushrooms. Add salt and mayonnaise.
Wash the chicken fillet and cook until soft. When cool slightly, cut into thin slices or cubes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and arrange on the mushrooms smeared with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese mixed with mayonnaise and press firmly so that the festive salad retains its shape well. Wash the fresh dill stalks, dry it well and place it on top so that it completely covers the salad. If desired, it can be cut and sprinkled on top. Decorate the Christmas wreath salad at home with anything - peppers, tomatoes, corn or olives, cucumber, etc.
Serving the dish is as important as its taste, especially at the table for New Year or Christmas.
