Put the spices for the risotto, salt, cover and stew everything for about 10 minutes. Put the washed rice in an even layer on the mushrooms and vegetables and do not stir.

Ingredients: 200 grams of lentils, 2 tomatoes, 2 carrots, 1 onion, a little olive oil or vegetable oil, curry, parsley, dill, salt and pepper.

Boil the lentils until semi-finished, fry the coarsely chopped vegetables, add tomato paste and spices. In a saucepan with the lentils, add the vegetables and cook until the lentils are completely cooked. When the soup is ready, remove from the heat and add the finely chopped parsley and dill.

Bean salad

Necessary products: 2 boiled potatoes, 2 heads of boiled beets, 1 boiled carrot, 1 onion, 200 grams of boiled beans, oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.

Boil the vegetables in salted water and then cut into medium pieces. Add the cooked beans and finely chopped onions. Season with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
