Pour hot water, its level should be one centimeter more than the layer of rice. Wait for it to boil and cover with a lid. Reduce the heat until the rice absorbs the water.
Make a hole in the rice to let the steam out. Add the garlic cloves and simmer for another 10 minutes. Turn off the heat, stir the risotto and leave it covered with a lid for 20 minutes.
Tomato soup with lentils - delicious and healthy
Ingredients: 200 grams of lentils, 2 tomatoes, 2 carrots, 1 onion, a little olive oil or vegetable oil, curry, parsley, dill, salt and pepper.
Boil the lentils until semi-finished, fry the coarsely chopped vegetables, add tomato paste and spices. In a saucepan with the lentils, add the vegetables and cook until the lentils are completely cooked. When the soup is ready, remove from the heat and add the finely chopped parsley and dill.
Bean salad
Necessary products: 2 boiled potatoes, 2 heads of boiled beets, 1 boiled carrot, 1 onion, 200 grams of boiled beans, oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
Boil the vegetables in salted water and then cut into medium pieces. Add the cooked beans and finely chopped onions. Season with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
