The classic tomato barbecue sauce is made from 250 milliliters of ketchup or 4 tablespoons of tomato paste, 200 grams of minced tomatoes, half a head of chopped onion, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of oil or olive oil, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1 teaspoon paprika.

Chop the onion and fry until translucent in oil or olive oil. Add all the other ingredients, mix well and simmer for twenty minutes.

The classic tomato sauce for ribs is prepared from 2 teaspoons of ketchup, a quarter cup of brown sugar, half a onion, finely chopped, 2 tablespoons oil or olive oil, 2 tablespoons water, 3 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp. spoon of mustard, half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper, salt and pepper to taste.

Finely chopped onions are mixed with water and mashed, put in a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add the olive oil, simmer for three minutes and add the remaining ingredients. Stir and boil for fifteen minutes.

The classic mustard sauce is prepared from 1 teaspoon of mustard, half a cup of vinegar, preferably balsamic, a quarter cup of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon black pepper. Mix all ingredients and simmer for half an hour. This sauce is very suitable for pork.

The glaze for the ribs is prepared from 1 teaspoon of whiskey, 1 cup of ketchup, half a cup of brown sugar, a quarter cup of vinegar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 3 cloves garlic, half a teaspoon mustard, salt and pepper to taste.

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan, stir and simmer for twenty minutes. Once cooled, leave in the refrigerator for three days.
