Pass the meat with the bread through the meat grinder. Add salt, sprinkle with pepper, add the remaining water or milk and mix well with your hands.
Boil the eggs and chop them finely. Finely chop the onion and fry it in butter. Finely chop the parsley. Mix everything and add salt.
Wet a cloth napkin or stretch cling film. Spread a layer of two centimeters of minced meat on the surface. Spread the filling on it, roll it with a napkin or foil.
In a greased pan, place the roll with the edge facing down. Beat one egg, spread it on the roll, pierce it in several places with a fork, sprinkle with fat and bake in an oven at 260 degrees.
A chicken roll with peas is obtained quickly and deliciously
Necessary products: 1 chicken, 300 grams of pork, 1 carrot, 1 clove of garlic, 200 grams of canned peas, 2 eggs, oil, mustard, salt, pepper.
The chicken is deboned, the meat is minced together with the sliced pork. Add the grated carrot, crushed garlic, eggs and peas. Salt, sprinkle with black pepper.
Aluminum foil is smeared with oil, chicken skin is placed on it, the meat is distributed on it. Spread with mustard and wrap in a roll with the help of the foil. The roll is wrapped in foil and baked for an hour and a half at medium temperature.
