The most common type of fat is PHO, which is found in processed products such as various small cakes, biscuits, nuts, potato chips, coffee cream, fried foods, donuts, etc. Previously, there was not enough information about these harmful fats and manufacturers have used them because they are cheap, with a long shelf life, giving good taste to food.

Foods high in this type of fat are usually high in sugar and calories and can contribute to weight gain as well as the development of type 2 diabetes. In addition, a fairly large percentage indicates that trans fats significantly increase the risk of heart disease.
