Method of preparation:
Start kneading the dough for the crust - add the fat, salt and water to the flour. The dough should be soft. Make egg-sized balls out of it. Set them aside for about 15-20 minutes, then roll out each ball.
The crust of the tortilla should be about 10-15 cm thick. Preheat the stove and bake in a Teflon pan. Invert the crust when bubbles begin to form. It's time for the filling - mix the beans, tomato sauce, finely chopped meat, onion and spicy spices. Put a generous amount of the filling in each tortilla and serve.
Spanish tortilla
Necessary products:
4 medium potatoes, 4-5 eggs, 1 medium onion, 2-3 tablespoons olive oil and salt.
Method of preparation:
First you need to peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. In a preheated pan, place the potatoes together with the olive oil. Keep the hob on at medium temperature, this will allow the potatoes to absorb the fat. If you like onions, cut them into small pieces and add it to the potatoes. Frying continues until the onion gets a slightly brownish color. After about 10 minutes, drain the oil.
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add a pinch of salt. Then add the potatoes (and onions) to the eggs. Put the pan back on the stove (at the same average temperature) with a little olive oil and add the contents of the bowl - eggs, potatoes and onions. Cover the pan with a lid and leave on the fire for about 5-10 minutes. Using the lid, turn the omelette over and place it back in the pan on the other side.
The tortilla is ready when both sides are slightly brownish. Take it off the stove, put it on a plate, wait for it to cool down and eat with pleasure!
