Necessary products: 150 g buckwheat flour, 1 packet of butter, 150 g sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp. baking powder, 100 g coarsely ground walnuts, butter (for the pan).
Preparation: Beat the softened butter with the powdered sugar. Add the egg and continue beating until you get a smooth cream. Gradually add the flour sifted with baking powder and walnuts. Add 2 tablespoons of water and beat until smooth.
With a spoon in the oiled pan put piles of the mixture. The biscuits are baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
