The desserts that are best suited for the summer season are either frozen or at least chilled. We offer you three recipes for desserts that do not require a long time to prepare, but become delicious. The first proposal resembles a fruit salad:

Apples with strained milk and kisses

Necessary products: 3 - 4 apples, kisses, 2 cups strained milk, 4 tablespoons raisins, ¾ tsp rum, 6 tablespoons strawberry jam, 2 tangerines

Method of preparation: Cut the apples and tangerines into small pieces and place in suitable cups or bowls. On top add a row of yogurt, then a row of broken kisses, then a row of raisins, which previously stayed in rum, strawberry jam. Repeat the layers, and finally you have to finish with skim milk. Garnish with a few slices of tangerine and cool.

The last recipe is not dietary at all, considering that it contains cream, but for a special occasion in the summer or if you are expecting guests, this is the perfect dessert:

Dessert with apricots

Necessary products: 500 g apricots, 200 g unsalted cottage cheese, 500 g cream, 50 ml rum, 6 -7 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons milk, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, almonds

Method of preparation: Halve the apricots and remove the stones, then put them in a saucepan with 2-3 tablespoons of water and sugar, put on the stove and cover.

Once softened, remove the pan from the heat, remove the fruit and in the remaining liquid add the cottage cheese, rum and pre-whipped cream with powdered sugar and milk.

Finally, mix with the apricots and stir - pour into appropriate bowls and sprinkle with finely chopped almonds. Refrigerate to cool.
