Every Christian celebrates and is celebrated in every Christian family St. George's Day and Easter. Who doesn't like to eat lamb, Easter cake or to fuck with eggs?

When the holiday itself is in doubt, the shepherds must take the flock out to pasture for a short time, and when they return, they must perform the ritual milking.

And in order for each level to be fertile, each owner goes around his property and then buries a red Easter egg in the middle of it. The first male lamb born during the year is slaughtered for the holiday. Slaughter takes place in front of a table with salt, bran and grass, from which it is given to the lamb before it is slaughtered in order to have fertility. The blood of the lamb is poured on the ground to give birth to more.

There should be bread, onions, salad, cheese on the table. It has to be rich for the year to be rich. So much for St. George's Day.

Now let's talk a little about Easter. I will tell you how this bright Christian holiday is celebrated in different countries:

Easter is one of the happiest Christian holidays. The very name Easter means that on this day something great happened, namely the Resurrection of God! With Easter comes spring, and then summer. It is a cause for joy for young and old. The celebration of the resurrection of the Son of God is solemn and very lavish - starting with the processions in Catholic countries during Holy Week and reaching every Christian home, where welcoming this holiday is not only joy but also a way to gather everyone around the table, to unite and shake off the gray everyday life.

It is no coincidence that at Easter we prepare such delicacies that are the complete opposite of abstinence during Holy Week. People everywhere prepare fresh salads from delicious vegetables, delicious pastries and tender lamb. In Finland, for example, an ancient dessert called memi is made for Easter, which is made from water, rye flour, rye malt, molasses and orange peel - traditionally this cake is baked at a low temperature in something like a tray of birch bark. Serve cold and eat with sugar and cream.

In Poland, on the other hand, a variety of meat dishes, dairy products and pasta delicacies such as mazurka are served at the festive table - fruit cake, nuts and marzipan. Poles put a figurine of a lamb made of sugar or butter on the table. Grated horseradish is also served, which reminds us that everything in life is not always as good as we want it to be.

In Russia, Easter is served at the festive table - a cake made of peach curd and Easter cake, painted eggs are laid and, like their fellow Poles, the Russians and the Russians make candied lamb.

Our Greek neighbors celebrate Easter solemnly and very lavishly. The festive lunch begins with magiritsa - mutton or lamb tripe soup with a build of eggs and lemon juice. They bake tsureki - Easter cake, which, like ours, is sometimes decorated with painted eggs.

Their traditional desserts are baklava and Kulurakiya - delicious butter cookies in the shape of a wreath with egg glaze, flavored with vanilla and sprinkled with sesame seeds.

And we Bulgarians knead delicious Easter cakes, paint our eggs in colorful colors, the first one should be red and it is used to paint every child's forehead for health.
