Apart from tea, I personally use sage when marinating some meats, such as chicken - I use a toothpick to attach it to the meat to absorb its incredible aroma. I also use it for a lot of the sauces I make.
Sage is a perennial plant and is very easy to grow - in a lot of sun and watered in moderation. There is no better decoration for your home than the purple flowers that this plant has when it blooms.

You can find this spice and herb in the warmer parts of Bulgaria. You can safely grow it at home in a cool and bright place. Rosemary branches grow fast and the more you cut them, the more its twigs thicken. This plant likes moist and rich soil, but can withstand drier.
