Mental instability and a number of diseases lurk vegetarians. This shows a new study conducted by Austrian scientists. It turns out that people who exclude animal products from their menu are more susceptible to cancer, depression and allergies.

Experts from Australia have literally shattered the popular notion that fruit and vegetable lovers are healthier than carnivores. According to the data from the study, the limited intake of saturated fats traumatizes the body and psyche and causes higher morbidity.

During their experiment, Australian researchers gathered 1,320 volunteers. Of these, 330 were vegetarians, another 330 ate meat and plenty of vegetables, 330 ate little meat, and the last 330 were people who consumed meat products every day.

According to experts, the study showed that adult Austrians, who eat only plant foods, are in poor health, have a poor quality of life and often need medical examinations.

Experts admit that the increased consumption of fruits and vegetables really has a good effect on our health, but the drastic refusal of certain foods and drinks stresses our body and only harms us.

Australian scientists are not the only experts who have spoken out against a strict plant-based diet. Many other scientists have also rebelled against vegetarianism, arguing that plant foods do not contain all the vitamins a person needs.

According to them, meat contains essential amino acids and vitamins of animal origin - D, B2 and B12. In turn, greenery can not fill their deficiency, and this leads to vision problems, weakening of memory, destruction of bones and teeth.

Scientists believe that meat, milk and eggs cannot be replaced by anything because they are the best sources of energy. Deprivation of fish also leads to starvation of unsaturated fatty acids, which are involved in building prostaglandins - an integral part of every cell.

The conclusion that most scientists have reached unanimously is that the basis of long life and excellent health is a balanced diet with a predominant amount of fruits and vegetables, rather than a complete abandonment of meat, fish, eggs and milk.
