Strain, crush in a mortar, mix with wheat, add finely chopped walnuts, raisins, honey, sugar and vanilla. Pour into a beautiful bowl and serve chilled.

Christmas donuts are made by kneading dough from two tea cups of flour, one teaspoon of water or fresh milk and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough and leave for half an hour.

Heat the orange jam, honey, sugar, cinnamon and coriander in a water bath. Cool slightly and add the eggs, sifted flour and almonds.

Spread the dough in a large pan and bake for one hour at one hundred and twenty degrees. The cooled biscuits are covered with a towel and left for a day.

Then cut into strips. Heat a hundred grams of light jam, for example, apricots, rub through a sieve. Spread it on each strip and decorate with candied orange peel.
