Before serving, sprinkle each portion with finely chopped fresh parsley.
Tian with cheese and olives
Necessary products: 2 eggplants, 2 tomatoes, 2 zucchini, 200 grams of cheese, olives, oregano, olive oil
Method of preparation: The vegetables are cut into very thin slices. Tomatoes are left to stand for a short time to lose some of their water. Cut the cheese into slices as thick as vegetables. Arrange the products in an oiled dish - eggplant, tomato, cheese, zucchini until the pan is full. Garnish with olives. Drizzle the dish with crushed oregano and olive oil. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Necessary products:2 cloves garlic, 2 fresh basil leaves, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 50 g parmesan, 150 g white cheese, 3 potatoes, 2 eggplants, 3 tomatoes, 2 zucchini
Method of preparation: Finely chopped garlic is mixed with chopped basil and olive oil. Cut the vegetables into large slices. Grease a pan with half the olive oil. The vegetables are arranged vertically. Potato ring, tomato, zucchini, tomato, eggplant, tomato - until done. Sprinkle with the remaining olive oil. Bake them at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the cheese and parmesan on the dish 10 minutes before removing it from the oven so that they can be baked.
