How often have you been upset when a child just trying to help you with cooking? Then you regret your rude words, and he gets angry and can't understand why they are arguing with him…

To have a peaceful relationship with the kid and to encourage his desire to be your assistant chef, first tie him a special apron. This in itself makes little chefs feel significant.

Then, depending on his age, assign him basic tasks and you will see how happy he will be. All you have to do is tell him to serve you salt or count the carrots for your favorite Russian salad.

If you have enough patience, you can even make some basic dessert with it. Such is, for example, the dessert "apples in dough". You can prepare the dough yourself.

For this you will need 200 ml of liquid cream, 250 g of butter, half a teaspoon of baking soda, one tablespoon of vinegar, three teaspoons of flour. Grate the butter on a large grater while it is cold.

Add the flour and knead with your hands to form crumbs of equal size. Add the cream and the soda quenched with vinegar. Knead the dough well and divide it into 32 balls. At that time, the kid placed 8 apples on the table.

If it's big enough, it can even wash them. Apples should be medium or even small. Cut the apples in half and remove the seeds. Put one ball on the floured table.

The child flattens it with a hand to form a circle. On this circle put half of the apple with the flat part up. Cover the top with another circle, made again with the help of a child's hand.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper, sprinkle the round side of the apples with sugar and place them so that they lie on their flat side in the pan. Bake in a medium oven until golden.

If you are too lazy to knead dough, you can do the same with puff pastry bought from the store. You just have to wait for it to thaw completely to make it elastic. Your little helper can wrap the apples with it himself.
