Since we are already in the 21st century and we are not used to depriving ourselves of anything, modern camping sites offer exceptional conditions for a pleasant holiday.
Electricity, clean water, kitchen with stove and gas stove, refrigerators and freezer, but still does not want to cook, nearby restaurants and shops are always ready meals.

Stomach soup with wells
500 g of mushroom mushrooms;

Spinach with quinoa and rice

500 g spinach;
100 g of quinoa;
100 g of rice;
400 ml of lukewarm water;
pepper;
oil;
sol.
Put the cleaned and chopped spinach in preheated fat. Fry lightly to release flavor. Add the rice and fry until translucent. Add lukewarm water and cook for 15 minutes, then add the quinoa and cook until done. Season with black pepper and salt.
Stew with potatoes and peas

500 g peeled and peeled potatoes;
1 jar of peas;
1 tomato;
1 onion;
1 pepper;
oil;
sol.
Fry the tomatoes, peppers and onions, pre-chopped, on a hot plate. Put the potatoes and add 1 liter of lukewarm water. When the potatoes are almost ready, add the peas from the jar and the spices. On low heat, let the stew release fat.
Cheese on a plate / for 1 serving /
300 g feta cheese;
olive oil;
thyme dry, crushed.
Place the cheese pre-rubbed with olive oil and spices on disposable aluminum trays / or thick foil /. Arrange the trays on the charcoal grill. If desired, we can turn, but the idea is to warm the cheese to release its aromas and also absorb the aroma of olive oil and thyme. Initially, it does not need heat treatment, so be careful not to overcook it.
