Method of preparation: Wash the quinoa and soak it in water for 15 minutes. Then drain it. Boil it on low heat in new water, following the recommendations on its packaging. When soft, strain and transfer to a bowl. Mix with the other products, which you have previously cut into small pieces and flavored with lemon juice. Add the remaining spices and stir.

Necessary products: 1 packet of gluten-free pasta of your choice, 2 red onions, 30 ml sesame oil, Himalayan salt, 1 clove garlic, 1 pinch red pepper, 1 pinch turmeric
Method of preparation: Heat salted and water and once it boils, add the package with the paste of your choice. Leave it on the fire, observing the cooking time indicated on the product packaging. Meanwhile, chop the garlic and onion. Stew them in fat and when they are soft enough, add the cooked pasta, which you washed with cold water and drained well from the liquid. Add the spices, stir and remove from the heat.
Broccoli and mushroom salad
Necessary products: 400 g broccoli, 1 tsp. mushrooms, 1/2 lemon, Himalayan salt, olive oil, white pepper, dill, garlic powder
Method of preparation: Peel the mushrooms and broccoli. Put the first ones in water and cook them for ten minutes. Chop the broccoli into small pieces and also boil them in water until soft. Then wash the two products with ice water, drain them and place them in a bowl. Squeeze the lemon juice and sprinkle with salad. Add the remaining spices and stir. Serve the dish after it has cooled slightly.
