An effective helper in the fight against weight is the rural diet. It got its name from the fact that it is based on the principles of nutrition of medieval peasants.

The effective rural diet lasts three weeks, but if necessary, you can shorten its duration to two weeks. This diet contains a limited list of products for consumption.

This is lean cooked meat, skim cheese, buckwheat, fruits, vegetables, green spices. Of the vegetables, only potatoes are excluded from the list.

Consumption of boiled eggs is allowed, but not more than three per week, as the yolk is rich in cholesterol and is not suitable for the diet.

During the diet you should completely give up bread and pasta, butter, fried and smoked products, alcohol, salt and sugar.

An obligatory condition for following the rural diet is to drink three liters of clean water every day.

For breakfast you can eat a hundred grams of cottage cheese or a boiled egg, as well as two fruits, tea or coffee without sugar. At lunch you are served one hundred and fifty grams of cooked or stewed vegetables, one hundred grams of meat and raw vegetables - as much as you want.

Dinner consists of two hundred grams of cooked vegetables, three tablespoons of buckwheat and one fruit. This diet is low in calories, but you will not experience a constant feeling of hunger.

The basis of the diet are products that are rich in protein and fiber and provide the body with good satiety. Abundant water satisfies hunger. With this diet you will lose seven pounds in three weeks.
