Dinner consists of two hundred grams of cooked vegetables, three tablespoons of buckwheat and one fruit. This diet is low in calories, but you will not experience a constant feeling of hunger.
The basis of the diet are products that are rich in protein and fiber and provide the body with good satiety. Abundant water satisfies hunger. With this diet you will lose seven pounds in three weeks.
