Mix all the finely chopped products in a bowl without the walnuts, add the quark and mix well. Leave for a few hours in the refrigerator. Before serving, form balls and sprinkle with walnuts.
To make a blueberry cheesecake with the addition of quark cheese, simply replace it with cream cheese or mascarpone. As usual, form a tray at the bottom with crushed about 125 grams of biscuits and 50 melted butter, then leave for 10 minutes in the freezer. Taste 250 grams quark cheese with powdered sugar and pour the mixture over the marsh. Put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Add jam with whole blueberries all over the surface. Serve with a ball of homemade vanilla ice cream.
