For example, 100 grams of almonds may seem like the perfect breakfast. However, they contain about 500 calories, which is 1/3 of the energy you need for the day. If you eat other high-calorie foods that are low in volume, you may easily overdo it. These are dried fruits, all nuts, olive oil and other fats, dairy products.

Your dinner and lunch are 1000 calories. In one case, however, this energy gives you invaluable vitamins and minerals, and in the other - a huge amount of harmful fats and fast carbohydrates.

Sleep is also important along the way for the important figure. In its absence, the body reacts by releasing cortisol. This stress hormone makes it impossible to lose weight, even when you are good in your diet and training.
