The lollipops are an ageless favorite for children of every generation. Of course, it's easy to buy them in the store, but it's much more fun to make them at home.
The best part about creating your lollipops is that you can customize them completely. Buy your favorite flavors and make the lollipops you like. Once you have mastered the basic recipe, you will love creating new combinations and experimenting with your own lollipops.
Necessary products:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup water
1 and 1/2 tsp extract of your choice (vanilla, mint, cinnamon, coconut, etc.)
Food colors (confectionery)
Molds (also made for sweets) and handles for lollipops
Method of preparation: To begin, grease the inside of the tins with oil or other grease.
Mix the sugar, corn syrup and water in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Then bring to the boil without stirring until the mixture becomes porous. Then remove from the heat and mix with the desired extract or mixture of several.
This is also the moment when you can color the mixture. If you want differently colored lollipops, just divide the mixture into different containers and then color them in the desired colors. Then pour carefully into the pre-prepared molds.
Once they have started to harden, carefully fasten the handles. If you do not have special for this purpose, you can experiment again - sticks, straws and whatever comes to mind.
Stored in an airtight container, they can last up to a month.
