The first thing you need to prepare for the diet is the fat burning soup.

It is prepared from 200 g of celery, 500 g of carrots, 500 g of green beans, 6 onions, 2 green peppers, one medium cabbage, 1.3 l of tomato juice, 800 g of fresh or canned tomatoes, 800 g of beef broth. (It should not be greasy).

Preparation: Pour the liquid from the broth or juice over the finely chopped vegetables so that it covers them completely. Add water if necessary. The soup is boiled for 10 minutes on high heat, then reduced and boiled until the vegetables soften. When ready, add green spice, salt and pepper to taste.

First day:

All kinds of fruits can be eaten, as long as they are not bananas. During this day, eat only the soup and fruits you have chosen. It is best to take turns, not together.

Seventh day:

Eat brown rice, drink fruit juices without sugar. Vegetables and soup - unlimited.
