This cake is easy to prepare and very tasty. The necessary products for it are 1 kg of apples (possibly more sour), 3 tbsp. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. cinnamon, 3 tsp. flour, 1 packet of baking powder (10 g), 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. oil, orange juice, 2 tsp. sugar, 2 vanilla, 4 eggs, 1 tsp. ground walnuts in bulk.
Peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut them into cubes. Mix them with brown sugar and cinnamon. Let them rest for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, make the dough. Sift the flour. Put it in a large bowl and mix it with salt and baking powder. In another bowl, pour the oil, juice, sugar and vanilla and mix very well with a fork. Add to the dry mixture and stir again.
Add the eggs one by one, stirring well after each until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, and then add the walnuts. Pour half of the dough into a greased pan, put half of the apples on it, cover them with the rest of the dough and finish with apples. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about an hour. Check the cake with a stick - when the stick comes out dry, the cake is ready.
Murtabak
Murtabak is a traditional Israeli breakfast made from roasted crusts, cheese, nuts, fruits or meat and / or vegetables. The necessary products for eight servings are 300 grams of flour, a tablespoon of baking soda, a tablespoon of oil, 190 ml of water. All products are mixed and stirred until a tough dough is formed. It is divided into eight balls, which are left in a bowl filled to half with oil.
Leave to stand for half an hour. Then make the filling - of your choice. It is very tasty with cheese filling, dried fruits (pre-soaked in water) and nuts. The balls are spread. Put the stuffing in them and fold into a rectangle. The dessert is then fried in oil, where the dough was previously soaked. The finished murtabak is sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Guinea is a traditional Israeli bread with a sweet filling. The necessary products are 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 250 g of cottage cheese, 12 tbsp. fresh milk, 5 tbsp. powdered sugar, grated lemon peel, 2 eggs, 12 tbsp. oil, 600 g flour, 2 baking powder. Needed for the filling are 500 g of cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 1 vanilla sugar, 60 g of raisins, 100 g of butter or margarine, 120 g of sugar, 2 tablespoons of starch
From the dough products knead a soft dough and leave in the refrigerator.
Preparation of the filling is as follows: beat the butter with the sugar, add the eggs and beat again, then add the remaining products and mix everything well.
Roll out the dough from the refrigerator, cut it into squares, put a filling with a spoon on each square and fold the edges. Spread the sweets with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Optionally, after removing, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
