We offer you three desserts that you can prepare for Christmas and that your family will surely like.
The first recipe is for delicious small cakes that will bring to your home the aroma of tangerines and fresh mood. For them you will need the following products:
Christmas small cakes with the aroma of tangerines
Required products: 1 tsp. yogurt, ¾ - 1 tsp. sugar, ½ tsp. oil, 4 eggs, about 500 g flour, tangerines, 2 vanilla and 1 tsp. baking soda.
Preparation: Put the yogurt in a deep bowl and add the soda - mix well and after it foams, add the eggs, sugar, fat, vanilla. Beat all the ingredients with a mixer and after the mixture is uniform, it is time to add 2 tbsp. finely grated tangerine peel and 2 tbsp. fruit juice.
Then start adding a little of the flour. If you don't have enough flour or don't stay, don't worry - the goal is to get a nice soft dough from all these products. Start forming small balls from the dough (up and down the size of a walnut) and arrange them on a tray, which you have previously covered with baking paper.
You can bake the sweets like this or add a nut in the middle, you can spread them with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for about half an hour in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. When they turn golden, the cookies are ready.
Ginger Christmas cookies
Required products: 2 ½ tsp. flour, 1 egg, 1 packet of butter, about 1 tsp. honey, ½ tsp soda, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. ginger, 1 tsp. cinnamon, walnuts.
Preparation: Melt the butter and honey and wait for them to cool. Then pour them into a bowl and stir. Add the egg to them. In a suitable bowl, mix all the dry ingredients - it is best to sift them in advance. Then add to the liquid mixture, the flour mixture and stir.
The goal is to get a dough to roll out - the thickness should be about 0.5 cm. Start cutting different shapes from the dough and arrange them in a tray on which you have previously placed baking paper.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and while it heats up, put one walnut on each jam - press the nuts to the sweets so that they do not fall during baking. Put the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about eight minutes.
The last suggestion is for a cake with prunes and walnuts. To do this, mix in a bowl butter and brown sugar - both products are 200 g. Add 5 eggs to them - it is best to stir after each egg.
Then comes the turn of cocoa - put 1 tbsp. in the mixture and stir again. Add 200 g of flour and baking powder. Cut the plums in half and remove the stone, then cut them into smaller pieces.
Pour the plums (about 300 - 400 g) into the mixture and transfer it to a greased pan, which is sprinkled with flour. Sprinkle generously on top with walnuts that you have previously saturated. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
