The National Statistical Institute reports that a large increase in vegetable prices in the country has been measured. The largest increase in one year is observed in tomatoes.

From September last year to September 2014, tomatoes jumped by 19%. For cucumbers the price increase is 11.5%.

Cabbage also marked a jump in values for one calendar year - 16.2%. The increase in potatoes is by 11.4%. Carrots have risen in price by 2.5%. for all types of peppers the price increase is 2.6%.

On the other hand, there is a decrease in prices for fruits. The largest decrease was registered by grapes, whose values fell by 8.7%. Apples fell by 8.1% in one year.

In the case of cheese and yellow cheese, prices increased by 0.4% and 0.3%, respectively, from 2013 to 2014. The price of minced meat increased by 1.2%.

Citrus and southern fruits jumped 6.9% in one year. From September 2013 to September 2014, ripe onions decreased their values by 6.7%.

In the case of soft drinks, prices decreased by 2.7%. In the case of lentils, there is also a decrease of 2.1%, with the same percentage falling in price of eggs.

In the last year we have bought cheaper rice - by 0.2%, flour - 0.5%, white bread - 0.3%, pork - 0.5%, durable sausages - 0.3%, butter and margarine by 1% and 3% respectively.

Sugar is also 3% cheaper. Chocolate and chocolate products registered a decrease of 0.2% for one year. Fruit and vegetable juices have fallen in price by the same percentage.

The price of oil has risen by 0.1%.

In the case of brandy and most alcoholic beverages, the decline in prices is quite imperceptible - 0.1%.

Only in beer there is an increase - by 0.2%.

The increase in the price of coffee is more significant - 11.4%. Mineral water has jumped by only 1% in one year. Milk has also risen in price over the last year - 0.5%.
