Roasted chicken livers

Necessary products: 1 kg chicken livers, 2 pcs. pepper, 2 tomatoes, a bunch of fresh basil, 200 g mushrooms, 2 carrots, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, salt, pepper, oil; for topping: fresh milk, egg

Method of preparation: Boil the livers and let them cook for 5 minutes, then drain. In a yen pan, arrange sliced onions and garlic cloves, add the chicken on top, then cover with pre-fried mushrooms, carrots and peppers (cut to taste).
