Much has already been said about the various foods and supplements to them, called E for short. It is known that some of them are absolutely harmless, and others - just the opposite. And it is a fact that if we listen to the different opinions of different specialists, it will turn out that we have nothing to eat, as long as we do not have the opportunity to get it ourselves as a home product.
However, it is good to always be informed about E-s, because they exist in almost all foods. On this occasion, we have decided to introduce you to the opinion of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Georgi Miloshev, who graduated from the Faculty of Biology at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski with a master's degree in Genetics. Assoc. Prof. Georgi Miloshev claims that in a study that took about 3 years, he came to the conclusion that in the foods offered on the Bulgarian market, there are 6 food additives that can be dangerous. Here is the moment to mention that BAS differs from the views of its scientist, arguing that these are the E's, which are accepted by the European Union as harmless.
But let's get back to the topic. Assoc. Prof. Georgi Miloshev believes that 3 of the harmful additives he considers are paints, namely - green, red and blue paint. And they are used mainly in confectionery in the form of icing for cakes or in making various candies.
According to scientists, these dangerous additives alter our DNA and can possibly lead to cancer. It has been scientifically proven that substances function at the cellular level and reflect most easily on growing organisms, and damaged genetic information is passed on to future generations.
Simply put, by giving your children colored candies or cakes with a icing colored red, green or blue, you would increase their risk of developing cancer, and children, in turn, would pass this risk on to their children.
It is best, of course, that the opinion of Assoc. Prof. Georgi Miloshev is not authoritative, but just thinking about the consequences of these substances would certainly be better to limit the intake of these foods by your children.
