They are most often prepared with onions, a lot of spices and put in the oven. We decided to offer three recipes with trifles - two of them with hearts and the third with mills. Here's how you can make your mill stew:

Necessary products: ½ kg watermills, 4 onions, ½ bunch parsley, 1 tablespoon paprika, bay leaf, oil, salt, pepper

Method of preparation: the watermelons are boiled and finely chopped, then return to the broth. Fry the onion with the red pepper and add the flour. Add the fried onions to the broth and the watermelons, as well as the spices, cook for another half an hour.

Necessary products: ½ kg chicken, butter, salt, garlic, bay leaf, black and red pepper

Method of preparation: boil the hearts together with the bay leaf and a little salt for about half an hour. Then squeeze them and put them in the preheated oil in a pan, along with a few cloves of crushed garlic and spices. After about ten minutes you can turn off the stove.

Necessary products: ½ kg chicken hearts, 4 sprigs of thyme, ½ bunch of parsley, 2 sprigs of rosemary, salt, garlic, olive oil and black pepper, ¾ tsp white wine

Method of preparation: Chop the garlic and parsley and mix them with a little olive oil. Heat the rest of the fat in a pan, then add the well-cleaned chicken hearts. After about 5 minutes, add the wine and rosemary, as well as thyme.

Allow the sauce to become slightly thicker and immediately add the parsley, garlic and spices. After no more than a minute, remove the hearts from the heat. Serve with mashed potatoes.
