A reward of 1000 pounds or nearly 2400 levs is offered by the master chef Onder Sahan, but only if you prepare a tastier kebab than his. Its specialty is officially defined as the most delicious, but also the most expensive kebab in the world.

It is available in London's Hazev and a portion of it will cost a dizzying 925 pounds or nearly 2230 leva.

Onder Sahan does not hide anything from his kebab recipe, which impressed Londoners. He told the Daily Mail that he had decided to diversify his dishes and so the idea for Royal Kebab came to him.

It requires beef with the highest class of the famous Japanese cows Wagyu. Morel mushrooms and 25-year-old high-quality Italian vinegar are also needed.

The vinegar is Terre Bormane and a bottle of 10 milliliters costs a little over 440 leva.

The other ingredients are milk, lamb and goat meat, minced in a traditional bun. It is also added from the French Chaumes cheese, zucchini, ground apples and olive oil with the brand La Vallee des Baux.

The dish was first prepared last month at the fourth British Kebab Awards. Onder received first prize and the award for best kebab chef in Britain.

The chef does not agree that kebab should be defined as a food that is more suitable for consumption in a hangover. He says that he has selected only exquisite ingredients so as to turn an ordinary dish into a five-star one.

I try to change the image of the kebab by showing people a new way to make it, says Sahan.

He hopes that chefs around the world will follow the example of his experiment and prepare more exquisite dishes. The chef is also ready to compete his recipe with that of anyone who thought he could make a tastier kebab.

If Sahan loses, he promises a £ 1,000 reward for the man who defeats him.
