Preparation:
The rice is washed and boiled until ready. Season with salt. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the red pepper and chickpeas. After 2-3 minutes, remove from heat. Allow to cool. All vegetables are washed and cleaned. Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves; diced cucumber; the carrot in strips; beets in circles and avocados in thin slices. Everything is arranged in separate piles, and basil is placed on top. Sprinkle with nigella seeds. Finally, pour the dressing, prepared in the easiest possible way: all the ingredients are mixed in a jar, cover and stir vigorously.

The recipe for the Buddha's Cup is for 2 servings.
Peel and chop 1 large or 2 small carrots in bulk. Crush a clove of garlic and mix with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil. Arrange the carrots in a pan and pour over the garlic olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for about 20 minutes.
At this time, clean and wash 1-2 handfuls of spinach and chop in bulk.
Boil a few rice noodles in salted water for 3-4 minutes. Then rinse with cold water.
