Pasta with spinach and beets

Necessary products: 1 bunch Swiss beets, 250 g pasta, half a head of red onion, 3 cloves garlic, 2 cups spinach, 1 and 1/3 cups tomato sauce, 1 tbsp. whole cream, 1 tsp. ground red pepper, olive oil, kosher salt (ordinary or sea).

Method of preparation: The paste is boiled, keeping a glass of boiling water in it. Chop the Swiss beets, spinach, garlic and onion.

In a pan, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Put the onion and garlic inside. Fry for about 3-5 minutes until soft. Add the beets and spinach, along with the water from the pasta. Allow to simmer until the vegetables begin to soften, about 1-2 minutes.

Add the pasta sauce, cream and ground red pepper to the mixture. Mix well. Add the cooked pasta and salt to taste. Stir well and remove from the heat.

Necessary products: 12 medium-sized Swiss beet leaves, 120-150 g sliced or grated low-fat mozzarella cheese, 12 tsp. tomato paste, 5 small quartered tomatoes, 1 tsp. garlic sauce with spices without added salt, salt.
