And even now in the era of microwave ovens and multicookers, in almost every kitchen you can see clay pots, and large and small pots. And this is not surprising, because the food in them turns out to be very tasty and fragrant.

The dishes in the pottery are suitable for those who follow a diet: you can put any permitted foods, cook without oil, without frying, and the food is more than delicious.

They are very convenient for those who do not have much time, because the effort of cooking is minimal: just put the products in the casserole, cover and put in the oven.

However, there are some rules for baking in clay pots. Namely:

1. The dishes are ceramic, glossy and terracotta. Terracotta pots should be immersed in water for 15 minutes before each meal.

2. Do not fill the dishes to the brim so as not to spill the dish during cooking. It is convenient to place the dishes on a sheet of baking paper lined with aluminum foil.
