A new study by a team of researchers at the University of Leibniz in Hanover, Germany, proves that drinking mineral water can be a good way to get calcium along with milk and other dairy products.

According to the World Health Association, men between the ages of 19 and 70 should take about 1,000 mg of calcium a day, and men between the ages of 70 and above should take 1,200 mg a day. Women between the ages of 19 and 50 should take 1,000 mg of calcium a day, while those over the age of 50 need 1,200 mg a day.
