After the 88th Academy Awards were handed out, the stars took part in the annual Governor's Ball. For the 22nd time, the menu and dishes were entrusted to the virtuoso chef Wolfgang Puck.

The chef of The governor's ball and this year did not betray the style and exquisite dishes. The tables were cluttered with lobster, caviar, a chocolate fountain, and more. A team of 350 professionals worked on the creation of the virtuoso dishes.

Every year there are traditional dishes on the stars' tables, such as Wolfgang's favorite pasta with cheese, ribs garnished with polenta, chicken pie and lobster.

This year, the governor's seafood weighed a total of 1,300 kg. These included Maine lobsters, oysters, shrimp and crab claws. This year's Oscars at the tables were made of salmon and served garnished with black caviar.

For the first time this year, an exotic royal crab from Alaska with ginger and black beans, Hawaiian salad of raw tuna and sashimi with yellow-tailed fish was served.

It is also a precedent to create a dish inspired by a nomination. Puck had recreated the incredible vegetable garden from the movie The Martian.

There was something for every taste. After a hearty meal of appetizers and mainly the evening ended with a virtuoso dessert. The chocolate buffet was magical. It included chocolates, petit fours, a chocolate fountain, a tower of French pasta, and all this with copious amounts of champagne.
