The dough is removed from the refrigerator and spread on a smooth surface sprinkled with flour to about 2-3 mm. The saltines are cut with the help of a mold, figurine or cup with thin walls. Arrange in trays, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake. The rest and the pieces of dough are made again into dough, wrapped in foil and kept in the refrigerator until the previous tray is ready and it's their turn.
Bake the saltines for about 20 minutes. When they are ready, wait for them to cool, then carefully remove them from the pan.

Necessary products: 2 eggs, 1 tsp. oil, 2 tsp. fresh milk, 7 g dry yeast, 1 tsp. salt, flour, as much as take for soft dough, sesame seeds, 200 g of cheese, dill.
Preparation: One yolk is separated. The remaining products are mixed well and from them knead the dough, which is stored in the refrigerator. When it is ready, take it out and separate walnut-sized balls. In each one put a stuffing of cheese with dill.
This is done as follows: roll a circle from each ball, slightly cutting both ends in the middle. Place the stuffing and intertwine the two ends. The finished pickles are left to rise again. Arrange in a baking tray, spread with egg yolk and sprinkle with black or white sesame seeds. Place in the oven and bake at 180 C for about 15 minutes.

Preparation: In a bowl, mix the flour, cottage cheese, butter, egg yolk, garlic powder and curry. Knead a soft dough, which is rolled out on a flat surface sprinkled with flour.
Circles are cut out of it with the help of cookie cutters. Sprinkle the saltines with sesame seeds and place in a greased pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. When ready, they can be sprinkled with rosemary.
