The Macedonians have started some of the greatest things that have ever happened to humanity. This is especially true for diets.
The new diet is the work of Dr. Jean Mitrev. It is made especially for the Macedonian women, who, despite the warm days, have not yet managed to get rid of the extra pounds. She became known as The Macedonian diet, it actually helps to get rid of excess, and only in a few days.
The Macedonian diet is good as it does not require complete starvation. In addition, it needs to be observed for only five days in the spring to make your body perfect for the summer. Its creator guarantees the loss of between 2.5 and 5 kg for the period, if the regulations are strictly followed. Dr. Jean Mitrev promises up to minus 15 kg of weight if you repeat the regimen 3 times. It allows 2 days rest after every 5th day.
Like any other successful regime, this one has its golden rule. When The Macedonian diet that is, the food should be consumed in the exact order, and not mixed during meals, even within the same day.
Breakfast is the same every day. It consists of a fruit of your choice. All are allowed except bananas and grapes. Coffee is also allowed, but without sugar and sweeteners. Here's what you should eat on the 5 days of the diet:
Day 1
Lunch: Orange, boiled egg, a bowl of yogurt;
Dinner: 2 tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, 2 rusks, half a cucumber;
Day 2
Lunch: Orange, boiled egg, a bowl of yogurt;
Dinner: 125 g of boiled beef, tomato, orange, rusk, a cup of tea without sugar;
Day 3
Lunch: Orange, boiled egg, a bowl of yogurt, cucumber;
Dinner: 125 g of boiled beef, tomato, orange, rusk, a cup of tea without sugar;
Day 4
Lunch: 125 g of cow's cheese, tomato, rusk;
Dinner: 125 g boiled beef, 2 tomatoes, apple, rusk;
Day 5
Lunch: 200 g of boiled fish or meat, tomato, rusk;
Dinner: 500 g of boiled vegetables - potatoes, carrots or peas, boiled eggs, rusk.
The diet is performed for 5 days, after which there must be 2 days in which it is allowed to eat everything outside the regime. In order to have real effects, food must still be in moderation. Alcohol in any form is prohibited.
To protect yourself from the yo-yo effect, every Monday after the end of the regimen should be unloading. Here is the recommended menu:
Breakfast: A glass of lemon juice diluted with water, a glass of coffee without sugar;
Lunch: Apple and rusk;
Dinner: Boiled egg, tomato, rusk.
