The subtlety, however, is to do this in a thermos so that no air remains in it. In addition, it must be really high quality and retain heat. By soaking the wheat from the previous evening, you will be able to use the grains themselves for further culinary processing the next day and drink the water;
- Cooked grated wheat can be used for a variety of culinary purposes. You can eat it mixed with dried fruits and honey as a dessert or as a salad or appetizer, adding vegetables to it.
